There was another building at the place of the modern hotel constructed in
1875 according to the project of Emmanuel Gall. From 1909 to 1914 the
building underwent renovation, carried out by Ulam’s company in modern
classicism style.
The Opera Hotel offers 51 comfortable rooms, including 5 Suits, 5 Junior
Suites, 14 superior rooms and 27 standard rooms.
The hotel Opera offers its guests gorgeous rooms, including nominal ones,
round-the-clock restaurant servicing of rooms, business-center, 2 halls
for negotiations, presentations and various events, restaurant Opera on
the first floor, restaurant Panorama on the seventh floor, round-the-clock
services of laundry and drycleaner’s, transports services, Internet
access, administrator consultations, art-gallery and many others.

hotel rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access, individual
conditioning and heating system, interactive television, space television,
mini-bar, telephone with direct international access,

Suite is a two-room apartment (a living room and a bedroom)
with views to the Central Avenue and the Opera House. There is a TV set, telephone, mini bar,
mini safe, table and cozy sofa in the
living room. There is a bathrobe, slippers, hair-dryer and set of
cosmetics in the bathroom.

Junior Suites one-room
Junior Suite is a spacious room with a view to the central part of
the city. A rest zone is harmoniously combined with a workplace.

Double De Luxe is a family room with an option to arrange an

Standard Double one-room
Double standard are standard rooms of two types: double (with double

Standard Single one-room
Single standard is a compact room with a bed for one person and all
conveniences necessary for a business person. There is a bathrobe,
